Mango Lassi

Description

Mango Lassi is a sweet, creamy yogurt-based drink made with ripe mango pulp, thick curd, sugar, and a touch of cardamom. Originating from Punjab and widely consumed throughout India, this beverage has become especially popular in South Indian households during the summer months for its cooling and nourishing qualities.
