Description
Matar Paneer is a classic North Indian vegetarian curry made with soft paneer cubes and green peas cooked in a mildly spiced tomato-onion gravy. Widely prepared across Indian households, this dish blends comforting flavors with a smooth texture and is commonly enjoyed in both everyday meals and festive spreads.
The gravy is prepared using sautéed onions, tomatoes, ginger-garlic paste, and a blend of spices such as turmeric, cumin, coriander, and garam masala.
